"Pictures "from the exhibition: "BVLGARI".
From September 7, 2018 to January 13, 2019, the Museums of the Moscow Kremlin together with the Jewelry House "BVLGARI" hold an exhibition of jewelry representing the brightest pages in the history of the Jewelry House.
This event could not go unnoticed for professionals-gemologists and connoisseurs of quality and branded jewelry.
In this regard, we would like to share our impressions of the visit of experts of the Moscow Gemological Center to this exhibition. The most vivid emotions were caused by the very first works of silver with glass inserts, from which the young jeweler Sotirios Bulgaris began his career and search for style. This is due to the fact that all subsequent work of the masters of the jewelry house resonate in these original products.
Also on display are the most famous classic works of the masters of the jewelry house "BVLGARI", characterized by a bright, juicy palette of colored stones, sparkling play of diamonds and the charm of the ancient era.
We recommend to all who are fond of art history, connoisseurs of elegant style or just lovers of stone to visit this wonderful exhibition, continuing the tradition to acquaint the residents of Moscow with the work of the great jewelry companies of the past and the present.
На лекции речь шла о том, как формируется жемчуг, почему его оценивают прежде всего по размеру, а не по весу, что такое накр, благодаря чему возникает характерное мягкое свечение жемчужины и почему внешне похожие экземпляры могут существенно отличаться по качеству.
В настоящее время на рынке авторских ювелирных изделий всё чаще встречаются изделия со вставками, изготовленными из окаменелых ископаемых организмов.
История Турмалина «Параиба» ведёт своё начало в 1982 году с находки в районе поселения Баталья (Batalha) в штате Параиба (Бразилия) Эйтором Димасом Барбоса (Heitor Dimas Barbosa) с группой горных рабочих сине-зелёного турмалина-эльбаита при проведении работ по добыче манган-танталита.
С момента поступления в 1989 году на минералогический и ювелирный рынок США медьсодержащего турмалина из Бразилии за ним закрепилось название «Параиба», по месту первой находки – штат Параиба (Paraíba) в Бразилии.
На ювелирном рынке существуют два типа турмалинов того самого неонового цвета. Первый - турмалины из Бразилии из месторождений штата Параиба и соседствующего с ним штата Риу-Гранди-ду-Норте, называемые турмалины «Параиба». И вторые - Cu-Mn-содержащие турмалины из Мозамбика и Нигерии, называемые турмалины типа «Параиба». Они являются достаточно редкими, чем обусловлена их высокая стоимость.
