"Jewish" stone. What is this and where does the name come from?

"Jewish" stone, it is also written granite, is a pegmatite rock, the bulk of which is feldspar from pinkish to beige in color, and inclusions are represented by quartz. Colorless or almost colorless inclusions of quartz have an elongated appearance and are oriented in one direction. They permeate the enclosing feldspar throughout.
Such an interesting name, “Jewish” stone, this breed received due to its similarity to saw cut with ancient biblical writings - the light feldspar resembles parchment, and the inclusion of quartz is the text written on it.

Currently, gemstones are produced by two fundamentally different technological methods - the High Pressure - High Temperature method (“HPHT”, High-pressure & High-temperature) and the Chemical Vapor Deposition (“CVD”, Chemical vapor deposition) method. The "HPHT" method is the most tested classical synthesis method, which can be used both carbon deposition on diamond from flux melts and catalytic reactions. In "CVD" synthesis, diamond growth occurs on a seed during carbon deposition mainly from a gaseous medium at relatively low temperatures and pressures.
